Job Title: FOREMAN
Department: FRAMING
Reports to: SUPERINTENDENT / PROJECT MANAGER
Pay Range: $50,000 - $80,000 DOE

Job Summary: The Construction Framing Foreman will oversee and manage the framing crew for various residential, commercial, and multi-family projects. The foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all framing work is completed on time, within budget, and according to RUDA's high standards for quality and safety. This role requires a strong leader who can mentor a team, maintain excellent communication with project managers, and uphold the company's core values.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervision & Leadership: Lead, manage, and coordinate the framing crew, ensuring productivity, adherence to schedules, and completion of tasks according to project plans.
· Project Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure precise framing and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
· Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and precision, performing regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of work.
· Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
· Mentorship: Train and develop team members, providing guidance, encouragement, and opportunities for skill enhancement.
· Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the project manager, clients, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the job site, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
· Resource Management: Manage materials and equipment efficiently, ensuring they are available as needed and used responsibly to control costs.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of framing experience in residential or commercial construction.
· Proven experience as a framing foreman or crew leader.
· Strong knowledge of construction framing techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Effective communication skills with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
· Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a dedication to completing tasks on time.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
· Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical labor for extended periods.
· Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
