Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:
- Running and maintaining multiple multi-axis CNC machines with tolerances to 0.0005 inches
- Setting up and operating CNC machines, including loading raw materials and changing tooling as needed
- Performing regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity and consistency
- Troubleshooting issues related to machine operation and resolving problems efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of production output and quality metrics
Requirements
Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:
- A U.S. Citizenship due to ITAR regulations
- A Machine Tool Technology Degree or 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing
- Familiarity with types and uses of various micrometers and other measuring devices
- Able to lift 50 lbs on occasion
- Constant standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including working in and around moving parts, chemicals, lights/lasers, etc.
- Willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the work schedule
