We are hiring for a Slot Tech II tests function of electronic assemblies, components, and parts according to established procedures. Responsible for the preventive maintenance, repairs and maintenance, and troubleshooting of all slot machines.
Specifically, you this role:
- Repairs malfunctioning slot machines and equipment.
- Operates electronic test equipment as required to facilitate repairs.
- Uses small tools to effect installation and repair of slot machines and other equipment.
- Prepares records and reports describing types of repair work and preventative maintenance performed.
- Replaces defective components or repairs defective wiring testing.
- Cleans slot areas as required.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental and casino policies and procedures and the casino MICS.
- Must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of the Running Creek Casino and of the Slot Operations Department.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
At least 21 years of age
High school diploma or GED required
1 years previous slot technician experience or Electronic technology background
Or
Certificate of completion from a Slot Technical program
Skills
Required:
- Strong computer skills with experience in word processing, databases, and spreadsheets (ability todemonstrate proficiency)
- Strong organizational skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is required to walk and/or stand for long periods oftime. Walking will require a fast pace at times. The team member will be required to bend, stoop, and kneel occasionally. The team member must also be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (100) pounds.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Office, gaming floor and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.
