Running Horse, LLC is a locally owned and operated Tier 1 oilfield services company based in the heart of the Bakken. With over 10 years of industry experience, we are a premier provider of water logistics and trucking services. Running Horse, LLC is expanding rapidly, and seeking a qualified HSE Field Service Manager to our team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for monitoring safe practices in the field by all RH field employees
- Responsible for organizing, optimizing, establishing and enforcing policies and procedures to promote health and safety within the company
- Must work closely with the Owners and Operations Manager, following their directives
- Responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, as well as developing new ones
- Responsible for supervising, managing and leading employees in the field to ensure top performance and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for networking, assisting, setting up, and attending meetings and safety meetings.
- Stay updated on new industry regulations and best practices to enhance HSE protocols
- Collaborating with management, recruiters and HR to create and implement NewEmployee Orientation (NEO) and training programs
- Ensure all accidents/incident are promptly documented and are promptly logged into Velocity (company HSE software) and shared with the appropriate recipients
- Accountable for enforcing disciplinary action and preparing safety related write-ups
- Manage the various safety programs with management to be up to date and compliant
- Coordinate and collaborate with Basin Safety on ISN and PEC (providing documents when needed)
- Investigate accidents or incidents to determine causes and coordinate with HR to manage
- Collaborate with Worker's Comp representative on all audits and inspections
- Responsible for managing Safety Compliance rosters such as ISN, PEC/Safeland, TPS, NCMS, Marathon
- Perform all other duties assigned by Owners and/or Operations Manager

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The education and experience requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in the Oilfield 2 years
- Experience with Transportation and Logistics 2 years
- Experience with Samsara GPS (preferred)
- Experience with Omni Dispatch (preferred)
- Sales skills and experience in the Oilfield (preferred)
- Safety Certified (all required by industry standards)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Work location is in New Town, ND
- Availability to work weekends and an on-call basis as necessary (flexible schedule)
