What You'll Do:
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including AP, AR, payroll processing, and general ledger review to ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage vendor invoicing, client payments, and work closely with project managers to track costs and profitability.
- Provide strategic financial insights through budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly reporting to support decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and maintain internal controls to ensure financial health and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the preparation of year-end financials and assist with tax filings in collaboration with external advisors.

What You Need to Succeed:
- 3-7 years of accounting or financial management experience, ideally in construction.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, job costing, WIP reports, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a detail-oriented, organized approach.
