Salary Range: $70,000 - 80,000

We are a staffing agency working on behalf of an industry-leading pool service provider to find a skilled Pool Service Estimator to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct on-site visits for construction, renovations, repairs, and seasonal services
• Assess, document, and analyze pool systems and property conditions
• Create detailed estimates, quotes, and reports for a variety of service needs
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to maximize value for clients
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (operations, sales, service departments)
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Generate new business leads across all service offerings

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in pool maintenance, construction, and estimating
• Knowledge of pool systems, construction processes, and regulations
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for accurate quotes and reports
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proficiency in quoting and estimation software specific to the pool industry
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Microsoft Project)
• Comfort using mobile apps for field data collection and reporting
