Description
- Assist with conceptualizing, producing, and implementing design and marketing solutions from concept to completion for Marketing and New Products department to be used in internal and external promotional materials.
- Tasks include design layout, asset generation, proofing, production supervision and assisting with the implementation of a digital asset management tool.
- Assist other designer(s) in creating concepts, comps, layouts and final art.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred in an agency or corporate environment.
- Applicants will need to provide a resume with a portfolio of design work.
- Minimum of four (4) years of instructional design and/or technical writing experience, to include three (3) years of experience designing and developing eLearning courses and one (1) year serving in an administrator role for a corporate LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand preferred)
- Special trainings required upon hire
- Proficiency with common eLearning authoring tools (i.e., Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia) o Basic camera, video camera and audio production
- Special trainings to be completed within six (6) months of hire
- Deploying eLearning through mobile devices
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field of study from an accredited college or university
