Pay rate : $60 / hr. to $65 / hr.

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager 3 to join our Global Product Group (GPG) team, a division focused on driving semiconductor innovations that shape the future. In this role, you will support the Idea to Retire (I2R) Digital Transformation (DT) workstream , managing multiple projects to ensure successful execution aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Utilize SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI, and Microsoft Office to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment to drive projects forward.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challenges.
- Prepare and present reports, documentation, and updates for stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure project goals align with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
