Job Title : Technical Solutions Consultant
Location : Remote
Pay : $55 - $68 / hour
Contract Length : 9 months, W2 Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant who will act as the technical point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. This role will require deep expertise in our advertising solutions, along with the ability to consult with clients on best practices, resolve technical issues, and creatively address client needs. As a consultant, you should be curious, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and the successful use of our advertising products.
Responsibilities :
- Build expertise in various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and customized setups.
- Resolve technical issues arising from client usage of advertising solutions.
- Partner with sales teams and Tier A advertisers to address client issues, prioritize requests, and create market or vertical plans for technical services.
- Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.
- Track and report on various KPIs including quickness and efficiency, resolution success rate, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, initial response time, follow-up response time, and resolution response time.
