What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation position at Rust Belt Resources?
Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a national law firm seeking an experienced Associate attorney based out of northern California. The ideal person will have 4 years of employment litigation experience including California wage-hour class action and PAGA cases.
Ability to manage cases from end to end, including drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, motion practice, and handling depositions.
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
Admission to the California bar is required.
Requirements
Jurisdoctor
4 years of employment litigation experience (California is required)
Admission to the CA bar
Ability to live near or relocate to offices in San Francisco
