About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Retention Coordinator to help us maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—proactively engaging with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring they continue to find value in our services. Your focus will be on client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
What You’ll Do
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage ongoing engagement
Identify signs of disengagement and take timely action to reestablish connection and value
Support clients with any service questions, concerns, or feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the overall client experience
Monitor retention metrics and maintain accurate records of client interactions
Recommend improvements or enhancements to retention strategies based on feedback and trends
