Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analytics Manager at Rutter's corporate office in York, PA. The Business Analytics Manager will support Senior Management by synthesizing complex information and creating meaningful reporting and interpretation. This position is a critical link in the information chain as accuracy and application of analytical principles will impact spending and strategic decisions.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team providing decision support on the highest priority strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Monitor business trends and provide ongoing support to all organizational levels & segments.
- Deliver detailed analysis to justify large capital expenditures, reduce costs through improved processes and efficiencies, and identify trends in the business.
- Assists in the development of monthly forecasts, annual financial plans, and long-range growth plans.
- Executes daily/weekly reporting for Senior Management.
- Perform special project work and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
Qualifications
- Business Analytics, Data Analytics, and Business Analysis skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex data effectively
- Experience in utilizing analytics tools and software, past experience reporting and data mining with SQL, Microsoft Access, or other database solutions is highly desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the retail or convenience store industry is a plus
