Bar Captain

Are you an experienced bartender with leadership skills? We are looking for Bar Captains to oversee bar operations at exciting events and venues. If you have a knack for mixology, team management, and keeping service running smoothly, this is the perfect opportunity to take your bartending career to the next level!

• Oversee bar operations and ensure seamless service
• Lead and support bartenders, delegating tasks as needed
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with precision
• Manage inventory, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown
• Provide excellent guest service and maintain a great atmosphere
• Lift and carry bar supplies (35-50 lbs) and work long shifts on your feet

• ️ Must be at least 21 years old
• ️ Prior bartending & management experience required (event & catering bartenders preferred)
• ️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• ️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team
• ️ Knowledge of bar operations, inventory, and compliance
