We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Operations Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing operations, executing key business projects, and improving processes to enhance efficiency. Key areas of focus include facilities / real-estate rationalization, vendor optimization, and other cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of complex problems, and delivers data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
Note : To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We would like employees to work from our Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
- Lead Strategic Initiatives - Drive key business operations projects, including facilities rationalization, vendor optimization, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
- Optimize Business Processes - Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement scalable process improvements that enhance operational performance.
- Manage Vendor & Contractor Strategy - Analyze vendor and contractor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve value and service delivery.
- Leverage Data for Decision-Making - Conduct analyses to uncover insights, track key performance metrics, and develop recommendations that inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with finance, technology, legal, and operations teams to align on priorities and drive successful execution.
- Drive Ad Hoc Business Operations Projects - Take ownership of emerging operational challenges and opportunities, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
