- Document and ensure network and system architecture best practices are followed
- Coordinate with other groups in the company (local operations, corporate, construction I&E, etc.) on projects, support, and standardization
- Participate in projects to ensure an on-time completion utilizing in-house staff and vendors when necessary
- Assist in supporting Denburys iWAN network, security appliances, and field communications equipment
- Support the business by solving user-submitted help desk requests
- Participate in the network outage rotation
- Frequently communicate information and to manage the possible stress of an office environment
- Frequently stationary for long periods of time, with occasional movement about the office
- Constant operation and viewing of a computer screen and other office machinery
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds is required
- Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
- Oral communication over the phone, video, and in person
- Frequent travel up to 40% to district and field offices and/or oil and gas production facilities
- Occasional use of personal protective equipment
- Candidate must be medically cleared to don full-face respiratory protection and complete “Pass” the annual Fit Testing requirements in accordance to the Companys Respiratory Protection Program

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3-5yrs experience in supporting Microsoft desktop and server environments
- 3-5yrs experience with configuration and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment
