Job Description:
At RX2 Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our 3rd shift team. This is a direct hire opportunity that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and evaluate employees in day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience in production supervision, preferably within a manufacturing setting. They will be responsible for leading, motivating, and evaluating shift employees while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality specifications and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, and material challenges in collaboration with support personnel
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR on payroll and personnel issues
- Train the team on proper company protocols, emphasizing safety, quality standards, and achieving production targets
- Manage the shift to meet production goals and minimize scrap
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a readiness to learn new systems
- A team player who can establish and maintain productive working relationships with hourly employees, management, and peers
