We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our client's Manufacturing team, optimize processes, and ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee equipment, personnel, and inventory
Train and provide performance feedback to associates
Assist with hands-on manufacturing duties
Manage schedules to meet customer requirements and production goals
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Meet production budgets and goals
Ensure superior quality through process reviews and corrective actions
Requirements :
10 years experience in plastics injection molding, including processing
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record of meeting production targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluency in English
IQMS knowledge preferred
