We're Hiring Carpenters at All Experience Levels! Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, we have opportunities for growth and advancement. Lead Carpenter candidates will undergo a 2-3 month field training period to ensure alignment with company standards before assuming leadership roles.

What You'll Do

• Perform framing, cabinetry, trim work, drywall, tile, and custom woodworking for remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home remodels.
• Follow blueprints, plans, and safety regulations to ensure all work meets our high standards.
• Maintain top-tier craftsmanship, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, lead carpenters, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites, ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite in line with company safety protocols.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges while maintaining quality standards.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven residential carpentry experience is preferred, but all skill levels will be considered.
• Ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work with a variety of materials.
• High craftsmanship standards with a focus on precision and efficiency.
• Think quickly and find practical solutions to challenges.
• Strong time management, dependability, and commitment to deadlines.
• Adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with the team and interact professionally with clients.
• A valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation are required.
