OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary objective of the OEM Assembler is to assemble Hydraulic Hose Assemblies. This involves crimping couplings onto the end of the hose, cutting hose to size, heat wrapping, packaging, and more. There is a lot of opportunity to learn all parts of our production process.
If you have experience operating machinery, assembling hydraulic units/pumps, or working in a manufacturing facility, please apply.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
· Flex at different flow processes along the assembly line as needed.
· Maintain all work areas to comply with 6S (sort, set, shine, standardize, sustain, safety).
· Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
· Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per P.M. charts.
· Execute and complete customer orders per daily production schedule as well as any tasks given by management with minimum supervision.
· Adhere to all RYCO assembly processes.
EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS
· Basic math comprehension (fractions, add/subtract, division, multiplication)
· Perform inventory counts
· Use and read a tape measure

· Work environment varies depending on job function: Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office/production setting with adequate ventilation.
