Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative functions
- Schedule appointments, give information to callers, and take dictation
- Compose memos, transcribe notes, and research and create presentations
- Generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports
- May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- High-level communication skills
- Computer skills
- Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
