Seeking a highly skilled Financial Accounting Manager to join our team. Major Job Activities/Duties:
- Oversee and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cost management and improve profitability
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, including production costs, inventory levels, and capital expenditures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, and providing recommendations on areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred with 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the CPG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
