Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Office Operations:

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls via a multi-line phone system.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and ensure kitchen and copy rooms are well-stocked.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and service requests with vendors and building management.
  • Set up video conferencing for meetings and assist with meeting preparations.
  • Assist in planning and organizing office events, including team gatherings and celebrations.
  • Track and manage employee parking and transportation benefits.


Administrative Support:

  • Provide scheduling and calendar management support as needed.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and coordinate logistics for meetings.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, including document preparation, filing, and scanning.
  • Handle expense reporting and reconciliation.
  • Support staff with day-to-day administrative needs.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
