Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Office Operations:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming calls via a multi-line phone system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, conference rooms, and common areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and shipments.
- Oversee office supply inventory and ensure kitchen and copy rooms are well-stocked.
- Coordinate office maintenance and service requests with vendors and building management.
- Set up video conferencing for meetings and assist with meeting preparations.
- Assist in planning and organizing office events, including team gatherings and celebrations.
- Track and manage employee parking and transportation benefits.
Administrative Support:
- Provide scheduling and calendar management support as needed.
- Arrange travel accommodations and coordinate logistics for meetings.
- Assist with clerical tasks, including document preparation, filing, and scanning.
- Handle expense reporting and reconciliation.
- Support staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
