Rylynn Remodeling specializes in residential interior remodeling and outdoor living spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and additions. Based in Hurricane, WV, we are a locally owned and employee-focused company that prioritizes high quality work and great team culture. We are looking for a Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our talented crew. If you have experience in tile work and general residential remodeling, take pride in your craftsmanship, and are ready for a stable, full time position with great benefits, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality tile installation and general residential remodeling
• Work on projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and full-home renovations
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure precision and quality
• Use a variety of tools and materials to complete remodeling projects efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and client expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all company and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in residential remodeling, with great knowledge in at least three of the following: Drywall installation and finishing, framing and carpentry, tile setting, flooring installation, basic plumbing, painting, and finishing
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to top quality craftsmanship
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within the company
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time, 40 to 45 hours per week, 8 hour shifts
• Pay Range $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
