Assistant Controller

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Controller at S&B Filters, Inc located in Fontana, CA. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for helping the Controller with the management of the financial operations of the company. This includes tasks such as preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with the development of financial strategies. The Assistant Controller will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. This person will also travel to our maquiladora in Ensenada, Mexico periodically to communicate and assist the additional accounting staff working there which is why this person must speak Spanish. You will be working under a seasoned veteran who is very good at teaching and managing, so your skill set will flourish in this position.
