Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities :
Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skillsStrategically sources, interviews, and screens both technical and non-technical candidates to fill available company openingsDevelop and cultivate relationships with national universities, DE&I organizations and professional societies to develop a pipeline of candidatesWrites job descriptions and reviews or edits existing job descriptionsReviews applications and interviews applicants both in-person and virtually to gather information regarding education, experience, training, job skills, and salary requirements and provides informationProvides information to candidates regarding company history, services and job opportunities to potential candidatesDevelops recruitment programs including managing the internet and social media recruitment strategy and continually searches for new avenues to recruit quality passive and active candidatesVerifies credentials, initiates background checks and schedules follow-up interviews with company supervisors and managersAssists with verifying references as neededSchedules travel and lodging accommodations for interviewing applicantsEnsures adherence to all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other government compliance requirementsMaintains necessary documentation regarding applications, interviews, and candidate screening proceduresRegular and predictable physical presence in the office with the ability to consider a hybrid work environment after the first yearPosition Requirements :
Bachelor's degreeThree years of technical recruiting experience preferredHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel; PowerPoint) and OutlookThorough knowledge of EEO laws, ADA, and other government employment compliance regulations that affect candidate recruitmentExcellent interviewing and recruiting skillsExemplary writing and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to apply critical thinking to improve the recruitment and candidate search processPhysical Requirements :
