What You'll Do
- Produce accurate and timely payroll on a weekly basis while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws
- Analyze, prepare and input payroll data to include vacation time, sick time, garnishments, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
- Provide information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters
- Administer employee benefits
- Process and administer Workers' Compensation claims
- Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA
- Update policies and standard operating procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- You have 2 years of relatable experience
- You have experience 1 years experience processing payroll
- You have experience administering benefits, FMLA, and worker's comp
- You are proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and QuickBooks
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- You are willing and able to work a part time schedule of 20-25 hours, 3 days per week
- You reside in the Indianapolis, IN area
- You have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- You are familiar with iSolved's payroll system
- You have experience in field services industry or similar
- Competitive Hourly Base Pay of up to $25
