What You'll Do
- Build, develop, and lead a professional sales team with high standards for performance and integrity
- Implement a repeatable, enforceable sales training and development program
- Establish clear accountability systems, including performance metrics and reporting structures
- Drive high-volume B2B sales activity and support team members in closing complex deals
- Analyze performance data and make strategic adjustments to improve conversion and revenue
- Set forecasts and revenue targets aligned with company growth goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategy with company objectives
- Serve as a hands-on leader who can coach, mentor, and model excellence in every aspect of the sales process
- You have 5 years of senior-level sales leadership experience
- You have a proven track record of building and scaling multi-market sales teams
- You have expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM utilization
- You have strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- You have a demonstrated ability to execute under pressure and drive measurable results
- You have a commitment to a customer-centric, team-oriented, and integrity-driven approach
- You are available to work occasional evenings and weekends if needed
- You have the flexibility to travel as necessary
- You live in Indianapolis, Indiana
- You have familiarity with the window cleaning industry, a similar service-based business, or facilities-related industry
- You have experience with Smart Service Cloud, CRM Platform
- Competitive Base Salary of $140,000-$160,000 plus performance incentives
