System Analyst (Microsoft 365)

Job Title: System Analyst 6 (M365 GCC)
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite Mon/Tue)
Duration: 1 year (possible extension)
Start Date: 05/12/2025

Overview:
Seeking an experienced System Analyst to support enterprise-level Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation within the Government Community Cloud (GCC). The analyst will monitor and evaluate updates across M365 applications, assess impact, and propose configuration changes in alignment with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor updates to M365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, Forms, etc.) in GCC

Analyze changes and recommend configuration settings based on internal standards

Create technical documentation for stakeholders and end-users

Collaborate with internal product teams and consultants

Support content creation in SharePoint and Teams

Required Skills & Experience:

3 5 years of experience with M365 Administration & Configuration (GCC experience required)

3 5 years of experience preparing technical documentation

Proven ability to assess product change impact in large-scale M365 environments

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bachelor s degree
