Sales Representative – Dog Training Industry (Commission-Based)

SMART Dog School is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives on commission-based earnings, loves engaging with the community, and enjoys helping people build better relationships with their dogs.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire sales process—from lead to close
- Track and analyze sales numbers, lead conversion rates, and client trends
- Attend and seek out local events to promote our services
- Creatively market our brand through organic, community-based strategies
- Engage with potential clients and educate them on our unlimited-for-life training model
What We’re Looking For:
-A self-motivated, driven salesperson who can close deals
-Someone with dog experience (training, boarding, daycare, similar, or industry knowledge)
-A people person who can confidently sell in person, over the phone, and via messaging
-Experience tracking sales metrics (preferred, but we will train the right candidate)
-Ability to work independently and build strong client relationships
