Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all shipments are processed correctly.

Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments using RF scanners and other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a related field is preferred.
• Experience using warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and shipping protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.61 - $17.39 per hour
