Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the manufacturing team to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols in line with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 standards.
- Oversee quality inspection processes to ensure products meet established specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Conduct regular audits of quality systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety standards where applicable.
- Train staff on quality control measures, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) methodologies.
