What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Analyst position at S3 Security?
The Operations Analyst position will evaluate the efficiency and reporting requirements of our security teams throughout the southeast in real time. This position requires a very detail oriented person who can follow various security operations and identify any issues with on time performance, cadence of report writing, and response to security calls. This position works very closely with local field supervisors in all markets to ensure all officers are completing assigned patrols and tasks. They will then reports findings to field supervisors when operations are off target goals or out of compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in Physical Security is a plus, but not required
Experience in Dispatch a plus, but not required
Comfortable with computer operations and software
Able to learn new software programs and use efficiently within training period
Effectively communicate using both verbal and written means
Ability to maintain focus and stay alert for duration of shift
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
