We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and skilled Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Job Description:
As an Electrophysiology Medical Device Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our product to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. You will leverage your knowledge of electrophysiology technology, your network, and your sales abilities to build relationships and drive sales in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell products to electrophysiologists and hospital administrators.
· Educate stakeholders on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of our products.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand market share by targeting potential clients.
· Conduct product demonstrations, product training, and provide technical support to customers during procedures.
· Provide aftersales support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure customer satisfaction and product usage.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
· Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to represent the company.
· Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing and senior management to enhance product positioning and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in sciences, business, or related field (preferred).
3 years of experience in medical device sales in electrophysiology or catheter lab devices.
Strong knowledge of electrophysiology products, procedures, and technologies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex customer situations.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel
