Overview

The Client Partnership Coordinator is a junior position that supports overall logistics, orchestration, and coordination of client partnership initiatives, both internally and externally. The coordinator supports the teams working on all aspects of the client’s business to deliver all campaign assets and deliverables.

You will assist teammates with day-to-day tasks for projects, agency process and the workflow to create best-in-class campaigns and assets. Success for this position is measured by, but not limited to, understanding agency processes, eagerness to continually learn and grow in the position, manage multiple projects successfully to completion, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Ideal candidates will be self-driven, organized, offer strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and effectively partner and collaborate across teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support general administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to formatting and distribution of weekly internal materials, meeting notes, presentation preparation, and internal and external meeting scheduling.
  • Support delivery of projects with tasks such as opening jobs, delivery file name confirmation, and file storage and organization.
  • Learn and master all key Saatchi and client processes to support teams.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following background and capabilities:

  • Collegiate, trade or internship with ad agency or web/digital product development-related experience including digital, video, social, website maintenance, application or digital product initiatives.
  • Wide-open capacity to learn, absorb, listen and take action off of feedback.
  • Skilled verbal and written communicator adept at synthesizing complex tasks into actionable outcomes.
  • Personal track-record of developing collaborative professional relationships.
  • Ability to support multiple streams of work concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Acrobat Professional.

Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
