- Knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, semi-precious stones, and jewelry manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills showing initiative and follow-through
- High standard of workmanship with experience in gold, platinum, and precious metals
- Ability to check the quality of jewelry and obtain data from advanced gemological equipment
- Provide support to the team and department supervisor
- Handle all aspects of processing and quality control including analyzing, evaluating, and assessing the quality of incoming jewelry
- Uphold and promote the accuracy, consistency and quality of standards and methodologies
- Able to work using microscope to inspect pieces
- Must be able to handle a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to learn

- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail Required
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
