Who We Need
Sabel Systems requires a Passenger Travel Program Analyst to provide passenger travel support to a headquarter-level Department of Defense agency. The position requires a strong foundation in Marine Corps passenger travel processes, knowledge of Marine Corps and DoD passenger travel policies and experience in reconciling Marine Corps Centrally Billed Accounts (CBA). The candidate will be required to participate in the reconciliation, management, and reporting of Marine Corps passenger travel CBAs. The position is a telework environment with some travel required.

- Provide analytical and technical expertise in the area of passenger transportation
- Assist in the preparation of memorandums, papers, briefings, formal correspondence, Naval messages, and other documents regarding passenger travel related issues
- Responsible for the timely reconciliation of all Marine Corps Distribution Management Office (DMO) Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs) assigned
- Assist the Passenger Travel Lead in working towards an automated solution for CBA reconciliation for the Marine Corps Permanent Change of Station (PCS) travel
- Utilize the Electronic Access System (EAS) system to monitor all Marine Corps Transportation Type CBAs assigned
- Draft project Plan Of Action & Milestones (POA&M)
- Provide suspension, pre-suspension, and delinquency reports to LPD-2 on a weekly basis
- Execute the duties of a Component Program Manager for the bases and stations assigned, which means possible liaison with Citibank, DTMO, and Programs and Resources Assist project leads with research, writing, and formatting reports
- Work closely with the Transportation Voucher Certification Branch (TVCB) to resolve Air Mobility Command billing issues Assist in conducting DMO passenger travel site-visits, as needed, in order to support Commanding Generals Inspection Programs (CGIP) to eliminate inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Assist in the preparation of Quarterly Unused Ticket Reports in accordance with the Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR)
- Assist in providing weekly CBA delinquency reports
- Help to consolidate the Office of the Secretary of Defense's (OSD)-mandated bus reporting requirement from all assigned Marine Corps DMOs into a consolidated report
- Assist Sabel and/or Government lead in overall passenger travel activities, as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications
Required
- Possess knowledge of the Defense Transportation Regulations
- Illustrated understanding of Service-level strategic goals and challenges
- In-depth knowledge of Marine Corps passenger travel policy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, intra-service coordination and time management skills
- US Citizen
- Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
