Job Description: A/R Clerk
Location: Albuquerque, NM

Are you an experienced A/R Clerk who is looking to join a locally owned and thriving construction company in Albuquerque? We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to handle our Accounts Receivable operations while contributing to our collaborative, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities for the A/R Clerk:

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain accuracy in financial records.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktopfor day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Generate reports and provide updates to management as needed.
• Assist with additional administrative or office duties as required—our team supports each other wherever needed!

Qualifications for the A/R Clerk:

• Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• A team player who is willing to assist with other tasks when needed.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Pay & Evaluation:

• Hourly pay: $22 - $25 per hour, depending on experience.
• Candidates will undergo an interview and evaluation period to ensure the right fit for both the role and the company.
