We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale financial integration project for a government agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOA architecture, Oracle PeopleSoft, and end-to-end SDLC project management.
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- PMP Certification (active)
- 12 years managing large-scale IT projects ($5M–$10M )
- Expertise in Financial Integration & Government IT Projects
- Strong experience with SOA, Oracle PeopleSoft, Data Mapping, and Conversion
- Tools: MS Project, Visio, Office Suite
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Lead complex integration and data conversion projects
- Facilitate JAD sessions, manage risk/issues, change control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, Devs, QA, Infra)
- Ensure alignment with FL Digital Services standards & Rule 60-GG
- Deliver quality, on-time, within-budget project outcomes
✨ Preferred:
- Master’s in IT or Business
- Public Sector, Law Enforcement, or Safety project experience
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
