Sabot Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead a

current pension administration software system and document management system.The Project Manager will be responsible for advising, facilitating, monitoring, and guidingthe project from start to finish to ensure that the new systems and processes satisfyrequirements and the project is completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement all phases of the project. Coordinate with staff and contractors, provide contractor oversight, and ensure the interests of our client are included in all project activities.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate testing schedules, and manage risk
- Conduct an in-depth review and documentation of existing business processes.
- Redesign workflows to eliminate manual interventions and improve efficiency. Implement streamlined routing of transactions and address variability in process execution
- Manage the data cleansing process for the pension system database.
- Develop evaluation criteria and methodologies, oversee the data cleansing effort, and ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the implementation of the new Pension Administration Software System
- Oversee the procurement and implementation of the new Pension Admin Software System
- Document detailed business requirements, ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure, and develop detailed RFP documents. Conduct vendor demonstrations, pilot testing, and performance benchmarking
- Evaluate manual workflows dependent on legacy systems and develop an automation strategy. Implement workflow automation tools, provide role-specific training sessions, and monitor and optimize automation processes
- Conduct risk assessments, provide recommendations to enhance security resilience, and collaborate with management on remediation efforts. Perform periodic security reviews and provide assessment reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification
- 7 years of proven experience in project management, business process reengineering, data cleansing, and automation solutions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT controls
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders
