Job Summary
The PPAP – Validation Specialist will work with customers (internal and external) to develop documentation for products produced by Safari Circuits.
Responsibilities Include :
- Generate PPAP documentation for new programs, transfers, or engineering changes as required, including submittal of customer PPAP’s and maintaining the PPAP samples.
- Develop and write Validation Documents : Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, User Requirements, Functional Requirements, IQ- OQ- PQ, Validation Summary Report.
- Develop Control Plans, PFMEA’s, and Process Flow Charts.
- Identify key process and quality characteristics and monitoring methods.
- Plan and perform MSA’s and Gage R & R’s.
- Plan and perform process capability studies.
- Develop and perform Design of Experiments (DOE’s).
- Monitor and measure process changes and analyze the effects.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
