Position Overview: The HR Benefit Coordinator will be responsible for managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with regulations while providing exceptional support to our team. This role combines administrative functions, employee engagement, and strategic initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure our employees are well-informed and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the enrollment, modifications, and terminations of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
  • Compliance & Regulations: Stay updated on federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits. Ensure that all company policies are compliant and communicated effectively to the staff.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits. Provide guidance and understanding to help employees navigate their options.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure all employees are informed about benefit offerings, changes, and enrollment periods.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment and usage. Prepare reports and analytics to assess benefits usage and compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and management to design and implement employee programs that enhance the overall benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration and HR-related functions.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to benefits packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and support employees.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
