Position Summary
Safe Haven Security is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will maintain a clean weekly payment process. This is accomplished through daily transaction processing, daily uploads, and weekly check/payment processing.
- Review daily reports of approved inventory invoices and credits and upload them to the system
- Process refund requests
- Review and payout approved rebates weekly to customers and outside parties
- Provide coverage to other team members as needed

- 2-year associate degree or relevant work experience
- 1 years of relevant experience related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, credit, collections, billing, or general accounting
