We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both our employees and our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in office management, time management, have excellent communication skills verbally and written, and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with assistance as needed.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist with calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff members.
- Support office management duties such as organizing files, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative tasks, including document preparation and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and improve office processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare receptionist duties is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is essential; experience with office software is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook email and calendar required
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (3-5 days per week depending on availability)
- Full-time preferred, but can be flexible for right candidate

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
