HR Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist operations team by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
To be successful as an HR Operations Coordinator, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly and must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Provides clerical support to the Operations department.
- May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and customers.
- Conducts or assists with new hires.
- Maintains office environment clean as needed.
- Organizes Supply Orders
- Daily tracks and reports billable projects to Director of Administration
- Conducts preliminary interviews for open operations positions
- Review budgets and report findings
- Maintains an updated calendar of scheduled commercial cleanings
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma (Required)
- College Education in related field (Prefered)
- 2 Years Prior related office experience (Required)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
