Job Overview :
We seek a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role to answer incoming client phone calls, schedule service appointments, and schedule routes for the technicians. An ideal candidate would be someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or similar role, and have thorough knowledge of the DFW area.
Schedule
- Hours of operation are Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Some Overtime and Saturdays may be required
- 40 Hours Per Week On Average
- Wednesday Meeting starts at 6 : 45 AM. All team members attend
