What You'll Do :
- Be the friendly voice of Safetec-answer incoming calls and provide cheerful, professional service.
- Process quotes, orders, and returns efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with customers on order details, pricing, and delivery updates.
- Keep customers informed on order status and confirmations.
- Assist with setting up new customer accounts, and ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Stay up to date on our product offerings, including new launches.
- Greet and assist visitors at our front desk, ensuring a welcoming experience.
