Skills Required
Must pass a Washington State background check and have a valid and clean Washington State driving license with reliable transportation.
Must have a minimum of 5 years office experience with associate’s or college degree. Will be required to complete multiple assessments during the training process.

- Above average proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, the Internet and social media formats.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an obvious attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems by utilizing the tools and resources within our system.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of showing initiative.
- Ability to calmly manage multiple priorities at the same time.
- Ability to recognize and implement changes to increase efficiency of our student tracking and database
Responsibilities
Support the company by providing managerial oversite to our driving school with emphasis in the areas of data tracking, review of all paperwork for quality control, and adherence to state regulations and audit review.
- Effectively respond to adult and student client inquiries and provide information on the driving school’s available services
- Inventory, organize, and order office supplies
- Fleet Management including insurance and maintenance
- Manage appropriate paperwork from students’ initial visit through completion of driving classes and/or lessons. Consistently ensure quality internal auditing of state submissions and paperwork
- Update student and Instructor databases
- Facilitate communication between students, instructors, and other staff as appropriate
- Promote the company to nearby schools as requested
- Manage and coordinate scheduling of instructors, students, and company vehicles to maximize cost efficiency, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
- Encourage a team environment by working closely with instructors
- Manage the customer service and sales functions by addressing any escalations, and servicing customers directly over the phone and in person when needed
- Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies
- Drive market growth through proactive sales initiatives and brand-building activities, while fostering relationships and leveraging industry knowledge to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide support and assist in scheduling training events for instructors and other staff
- Collect all Instructor work-related expense receipts and process receipts for reimbursement.
- Manage Daily Cash/Credit Activity Report for all collected monies
- Work with Accountant to secure and confirm proper payroll information
- Be fluent in the pricing of all adult and teen courses as well as the DOL test packages
