The Opportunity
Safety Rail Company is the leader in providing top-tier safety solutions that protect lives. As we expand our marketing efforts, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help manage and execute key initiatives.
This person will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales teams through effective content creation, tradeshow management, and project coordination. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Tradeshow & Event Management
- Assist in planning and coordinating industry trade shows, including logistics, booth setup, and promotional materials.
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and manage tradeshow budgets, schedules, and post-event follow-ups.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of organic content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging, brand-aligned content.
- Monitor and report on content performance, providing insights for optimization.
Project Coordination & Organization
- Manage marketing project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, collateral, and project documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate campaign execution.
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Coordinate with the sales team to support marketing efforts, including lead generation initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in the development of sales enablement materials.
Marketing Administration
- Support budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing activities.
- Assist with reporting and analytics to track campaign success.
- Handle other administrative duties as needed.
Are you qualified?
- 1-3 years of marketing experience in a similar role.
- Adobe experience a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience with social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, or similar platforms (a plus!).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Conduct oneself in a professional, safe, and businesslike manner.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Candidate must be able to regularly and reliably commute to Spring Park, MN for work.
