Safford Brown Subaru of Manassas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Vehicle Redelivery Specialist to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers after they've purchased their new or pre-owned vehicle. You'll ensure a smooth and positive ownership experience by thoroughly reviewing their vehicle's features, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns, ultimately fostering long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct personalized vehicle redelivery sessions with new and pre-owned vehicle purchasers.
- Thoroughly explain the operation of all vehicle features, including technology, safety systems, comfort controls, and maintenance requirements.
- Assist customers with setting up and understanding in-car technology such as infotainment systems, navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, and smartphone integration (Apple CarPlay/Android Auto).
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns regarding their new vehicle in a professional and timely manner, both in person and via phone or email.
- Provide guidance on vehicle maintenance schedules, warranty information, and available service options.
- Assist customers with understanding owner's manuals and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct follow-up communication with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and address any new questions that may arise.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and technologies.
- Document all customer interactions and follow-up activities accurately.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the post-sale customer experience and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and explain complex vehicle features.
- Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A genuine enthusiasm for vehicles and helping customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
