We are a growing small office looking for an organized and reliable Admin/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. If you're looking to play a key role in a fast-paced, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll on time and accurately.
- Maintain employee records and assist with benefits administration.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
- Support general office tasks (filing, scheduling, answering phone, making calls,etc.).
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of payroll or admin experience.
- Familiar with payroll software (QuickBooks, ADP, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a growing business.
